Регуляция редокс-баланса и его нарушения при преэклампсии

Аннотация
Обобщены современные данные о редокс-реакциях при преэклампсии: охарактеризован спектр ферментативных систем – источников активных форм кислорода, – а также механизмы посттрансляционной модификации, обеспечивающие защиту белков от окислительного стресса. Последний представлен как многоуровневая система, каждый компонент которой выполняет специфические функции при данной патологии. В работе предложена обобщенная схема редокс-реакций, которая объясняет, почему применение антиоксидантов при этом осложнении беременности не дает ожидаемого терапевтического эффекта.
