Выборка включала жителей сельских поселений Кемеровской области и районов города Кемерово. В исследовании приняло участие 1600 респондентов в возрасте от 35 до 70 лет. В качестве детерминант социально-экономического статуса (СЭС) оценивали уровень образования и дохода, профессиональную принадлежность, семейное положение / состав семьи, местность проживания.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Большинство селян (50,9 %) имели среднее специальное образование, в то время как у горожан оно было в 46,0 % случаев. Высокий уровень дохода (свыше 20 тыс. руб.) в 1,53 раза чаще наблюдался среди городского населения, чем среди сельского. Выявлено, что одна треть (29,3 %) сельского населения занята в сельском хозяйстве, а около 40,4 % выполняют работу, не требующую квалификации. Среди селян статистически значимо больше лиц, проживающих в браке или с партнером, чем среди городских жителей (75,6 и 62,9 % соответственно). Анализ СЭС участников исследования с вероятной ИБС свидетельствует о преобладающей доле (50,9 %) среднего специального образования и среднего уровня дохода (48,9 %). Среди одиноких ИБС встречалась на 10,0 % чаще у жителей сел, чем у горожан (соответственно в 36,7 и 26,7 % случаев).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В Кемеровской области вероятная ИБС чаще встречается у женщин, в зависимости от категорий СЭС чаще наблюдается у лиц со средним специальным образованием и средним уровнем дохода, в равной степени как у квалифицированных, так и низко- и неквалифицированных работников, проживающих в семье в городских условиях.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of the study was to analyze the socio-economic determinants and prevalence of possibly presence CHD in residents of a large industrial region.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study sample included residents of rural settlements of the Kemerovo region and districts of the city of Kemerovo. The study involved 1600 respondents aged 35-70 years. The determinants of socio-economic status (SES) were assessed: the level of education and income, professional affiliation, marital status / family composition, place of living.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The majority residents of rural settlements (50.9 %) had a secondary vocational education, compared with urban residents (46 %). A high level of income (over 20 000 rubles) was observed 1.53 times more often among the urban population than rural population. It was revealed that one third (29.3 %) of the rural population is employed in agriculture, and about 40.4 % do work that does not require vocational qualification. Among residents of rural settlements, there are statistically significant more those marriage/living with a partner, than among urban residents (75.6 % versus 62.9 %, respectively). The SES analysis of the study participants with possibly presence CHD indicates a predominant share (50.9 %) of vocational secondary education and medium income level (48.9 %). It was revealed that among the lonely rural residents possibly presence CHD occurred 10.0 % more often (urban 26.7 %, rural 36.7 %, p = 0.035) than among those living in the city.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
