Исследованы 140 образцов операционного материала 35 женщин, выполнена оценка спонтанной и стимулированной поликлональными активаторами продукции VEGF в среде инкубации узлов и миометрия с помощью иммуноферментного анализа. </p><p>Результаты и их обсуждение. У пациенток с миомой матки, принимавших перед операцией УА по стандартной схеме 5 мг ежедневно в течение 13 недель, продукция VEGF в доминантном миоматозном узле достоверно снижена по сравнению с перифокальным миометрием (р &lt; 0,001); аналогичные результаты у пациенток контрольной группы, не принимавших УА. Однако при сравнении среды инкубации фрагментов доминантных опухолевых узлов выявлено достоверно меньшее содержание показателя VEGF в группе женщин, принимавших УА (р = 0,026), в отличие от среды инкубации перифокального миометрия. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение селективного модулятора прогестероновых рецепторов вызывает снижение продукции VEGF клетками миоматозных узлов и не влияет на клетки перифокального миометрия. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of the study was to investigate the clinical features of reproductive age women with uterine body myoma and the production of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the dominant myoma node and perifocal myometrium under the preoperative use of ulipristal acetate (UA). </p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. 140 samples of 35 women surgical material were studied, VEGF content in the incubation medium of samples of myoma and myometrium was measured using enzymelinked  immunosorbent assay.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The treatment by UA before myoma surgery according to the standard regimen per 5 mg daily for 13 weeks deals with significantly reduced production of VEGF in the dominant myoma node compared to perifocal myometrium (p &lt; 0.001), which is similar to patients of the control group. However, when comparing tumor nodes, a significantly lower content of VEGF was revealed in the UA-group (p = 0.026); unlike the perifocal myometrium samples. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The use of a selective modulator of progesterone receptors downregulates the production of VEGF by the cells of the myoma nodes and doesn’t impact on the perifocal myometrium. </p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>миома тела матки</kwd><kwd>миометрий</kwd><kwd>фактор роста эндотелия сосудов</kwd><kwd>селективный модулятор прогестероновых рецепторов</kwd><kwd>иммуноферментный анализ</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>uterine myoma</kwd><kwd>myometrium</kwd><kwd>vascular endothelial growth factor</kwd><kwd>selective progesterone receptor&#13;
