Кросс-секционное исследование c откликом 70,3 % проведено на репрезентативной выборке женщин 25–64 лет г. Тюмени (n = 1000). Для определения уровня личностной тревожности, депрессии, враждебности, качества сна использовалась стандартная анкета ВОЗ MONICA-MOPSY.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. В женской популяции определена значительная распространенность отрицательных аффективных состояний (более 30 % депрессии и более 90 % личностной тревожности и враждебности). Отрицательные аффективные состояния в женской популяции превалировали по высоким уровням личностной тревожности и враждебности. Возрастной период 45–54 лет у женщин открытой городской популяции явился наиболее уязвимой категорией в отношении снижения качества сна. При наличии отрицательных аффективных состояний имели место негативные тенденции по нарушению сна при высоком уровне тревоги и депрессии, но противоположная позитивная тенденция – при высоком уровне враждебности.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Анализ определения отрицательных аффективных состояний в женской популяции в возрастном диапазоне 45–54 лет, ассоциаций их высокого уровня с качеством сна представляется необходимым использовать при формировании профилактической программы по снижению высокого сердечно-сосудистого риска в открытой городской популяции, ориентированной, прежде всего, на регуляцию психологических параметров.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Introduction</title><p>   Introduction. Global trends in reducing cardiovascular mortality in the second decade of the 21st century, demonstratedin a number of studies, highlight another phenomenon - the increase in the prevalence of psychosocial risk factors for cardiovascular diseases associated with sleep quality, and in particular, such negative affective states as trait anxiety, depression and hostility.</p><p>   Aim of the study was to determine associations between the prevalence of psychosocial risk factors and sleep quality among women in an open urban population.</p></sec><sec><title>   Material and methods</title><p>   Material and methods. A cross-sectional study with a response rate of 70.3% was conducted on a representative sample of women 25–64 years old in Tyumen (n = 1000). To determine the levels of trait anxiety, depression, hostility, and sleep quality, the standard WHO MONICA-MOPSY questionnaire was used.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. The significant prevalence of negative affective states has been determined in the female population (more than 30 % of depression and more than 90 % of personal anxiety and hostility). Negative affective states in the female population prevailed in terms of high levels of personal anxiety and hostility. Age period 45–54 years among women in the open urban population was the most vulnerable category in relation to decreased sleep quality. In the presence of negative affective states, there were negative trends in sleep disturbance at high level of anxiety and depression, but an opposite positive trend – at high level of hostility.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusions</title><p>   Conclusions. Analysis of the definition of negative affective states in the female population in the age range of 45–54 years, the associations of their high level with sleep quality seems necessary to use in the formation of a preventive program to reduce high cardiovascular risk in an open urban population, focused primarily on the regulation of psychological parameters.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кросс-секционное исследование</kwd><kwd>открытая популяция</kwd><kwd>личностная тревожность</kwd><kwd>депрессия</kwd><kwd>враждебность</kwd><kwd>качество сна</kwd><kwd>женщины</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cross-sectional study</kwd><kwd>open population</kwd><kwd>trait anxiety</kwd><kwd>depression</kwd><kwd>hostility</kwd><kwd>sleep quality</kwd><kwd>women</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Okereke O., Manson J.E.
