С.Н. Федорова. Материал и методы. За последние четыре года (2014–2017 гг.) под динамическим наблюдением офтальмологов НФ МНТК «Микрохирургия глаза» находилось 903 недоношенных ребенка. Ретинопатия недоношенных (РН) выявлена у 302 (33,4 %), показания к проведению лазеркоагуляции сетчатки установлены у 78 (25,8 %) детей с РН, трем (16,6 %) из которых были выполнены повторные вмешательства. У 72 (92,3 %) прооперированных детей отмечен индуцированный регресс заболевания после проведенного лазерного лечения. Неблагоприятный исход ретинопатии недоношенных, характеризовавшийся развитием IV–V стадии заболевания, выявлен у 6 (7,6 %) прооперированных пациентов, из них задняя агрессивная форма заболевания установлена у 4 (66,7 %) детей. Результаты и их обсуждение. Своевременный первичный и последующие динамические осмотры недоношенных детей офтальмологами в условиях специализированных стационаров, полноценное их обследование позволяют выявить ранние признаки РН, при необходимости провести лазеркоагуляцию сетчатки, что минимизирует риск инвалидности вследствие слепоты и слабовидения у таких пациентов. Уменьшение числа проводимых лазеркоагуляций сетчатки при неизменном количестве осмотров, небольшое количество пациентов с терминальными стадиями заболевания свидетельствуют о высокой эффективности динамического наблюдения и лечения детей с ретинопатией недоношенных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose – to analyze the effectiveness of the algorithm used to monitor and treat premature infants. Material and methods. 903 premature babies were under the supervision of ophthalmologists from our clinic over the past 4 years (2014–2017). Retinopathy of prematurity was revealed in 302 patients. The laser photocoagulation was required in 78 cases. Repeated interventions were performed in 13 patients. Induced regression of the disease occurred in 72 children. The development of the 4–5 stage of the active phase of retinopathy of prematurity occurred in 6 patients. In 4 cases, the development of the 4–5 stage of the active phase of retinopathy of prematurity occurred in the case of posterior aggressive retinopathy. Results and discussion. The teamwork of ophthalmologists and neonatologists, timely and complete examination, reveals early signs of retinopathy of prematurity. Timely laser photocoagulation reduces the risk of disability, development of blindness and low vision.
