Антирадикальную активность гинекологических капсул (овулей) оценивали в бесклеточных модельных системах по способности подавлять гиперпродукцию свободнорадикальных агентов, вызываемую введением сернокислого железа. Иммуномодулирующую активность определяли в цельной крови по влиянию на способность фагоцитирующих клеток генерировать активные формы кислорода.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В бесклеточных модельных системах исследуемая лекарственная композиция подавляла активацию свободнорадикальных окислительных процессов, индуцированную введением сернокислого железа, в то же время усиливая продукцию лейкоцитами активных форм кислорода.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о наличии у разрабатываемых гинекологических капсул антирадикальной и иммуномодулирующей активности, что позволяет рассматривать их в качестве перспективного средства для лечения заболеваний женской репродуктивной системы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of the study was to evaluate the antiradical and immunomodulatory effects of gynecological capsules (ovules) developed for the complex treatment of diseases of the female reproductive system.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Antiradical activity of gynecological capsules (ovuli) was evaluated in cell-free model systems by the ability to suppress the hyperproduction of free radical agents caused by the introduction of iron sulfate. Immunomodulatory activity was determined in the whole blood by their effect on the ability of phagocytic cells to generate reactive oxygen species.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In cell-free model systems, the studied drug composition suppressed the activation of free radical oxidative processes induced by the iron sulfate, while at the same time enhancing the production of reactive oxygen species by leukocytes.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
