В исследовании использованы пробы клинического материала, полученные на базе Городской клинической больницы № 3 им. С.М. Кирова (г. Астрахань). Выделенные от больных бактериальные штаммы идентифицировали на основании морфологических, культуральных, биохимических и молекулярно-генетических признаков, их резистентность определяли диско-диффузионным методом с использованием стандартизированных коммерческих дисков с антибиотиками, в соответствии с методическими указаниями.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Оценка антибиотикорезистентности золотистого стафилококка, выделенного при исследовании клинического материала от больных, и анализ уровня чувствительности изолированных штаммов S. aureus позволяют сделать вывод, что все выделенные от пациентов изоляты S. aureus резистентны по крайней мере к одному антибиотику, а большинство штаммов характеризуется множественной лекарственной устойчивостью к антибиотикам.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Наличие мультирезистентных штаммов свидетельствует о необходимости поиска новых подходов при лечении стафилококковой инфекции и разработке эффективных средств для комбинированной терапии на основе вирулентных стафилококковых бактериофагов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Staphylococcus aureus has a high level of antibiotic resistance and is a common cause of nosocomial infections, which primarily requires development of new therapeutic strategies.</p><p>Aim of the study was to investigate the level and spectrum of antibiotic resistance of S. aureus isolates for further isolation of virulent bacteriophages.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study used samples of clinical material obtained on the basis of the City Clinical Hospital No. 3 named after S.M. Kirov (Astrakhan). Bacterial strains isolated from patients were identified on the basis of morphological, cultural, biochemical and molecular genetic characteristics. The determination of the resistance of the isolated cultures was carried out by the disco-diffusion method using standardized commercial discs with antibiotics, in accordance with the guidelines.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Evaluation of antibiotic resistance of Staphylococcus aureus isolated during the study of clinical material from patients and analysis of sensitivity level of isolated strains of S. aureus allow us to conclude that all S. aureus isolated from patients are resistant to at least one antibiotic, and most strains are characterized by multidrug resistance to antibiotics.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
